More power :)

hi guys newbie here well kinda

well ive got a mini one 2003 and ill tell you what ive done so far power wise;

1. bluechips superfin remap
2. k&n panel air filter
3. platinum ngk sprak plugs

what im planning on doing;

1. remove all silencers i think 1 and run a straight pipe through to back with a sport twin pipe back box, also the pipe diameter will increase by .25 so from 2.25" stock to 2.5" which will be slight bigger displacement for the gases to pass, due to me leaving the cat on.

2. the exhuast will now be routed to the middle with cooper s rear bumper

also preciously owning a mk3 golf vr6 well owning 5 i used a bit of sceince, more oxygen=faster combustion of fuel i.e. fire needs oxygen to burn the more oxygen the more the fire will burn and at a faster rate. so i made a pure cold air feed intake for my vr6 and the results were amazing, the accelration feels like it was remapped, due to fuel burning quicker.

3. so i will be installing a pure cold air feed

4. will put the lump on a diet, by removing rear seats and cards. i had already removed the spare wheel and all the bits to go with in, and it did feel lighter and quicker. as they say every lb counts

and thats it for now maybe if someone has for sale a cheap decated manifold then for the right price i will take it off there hands
