Smile Changing my bumpers!!

Hello,
I was just wondering if I bought a rear bumper off a newer mini would it fit my 2003 mini one? I just really do not like the standard rear and front bumper with the Crome strips I'd like the newer cooper bumpers but just don't know if they'll fit! Thanks!

2001-2006 R50/R53 One/Cooper/Cooper S bumpers are all interchangeable including the mid-2004 facelift bumpers.
If you search there are guides on swapping bumpers on here and other Mini forums.

However 2nd Gen R56 2007 onwards, bumpers won't fit 1st Gen R50/53 Mini's or vice-versa.

... unless you want to do lots of custom fabrication

I've seen a Lancer Evo3 front and rear bumpers grafted onto an R50 Mini here in Aus. It can be done. Somehow?? Lol and let's not get into SHOULD it be done
