How do u fit the chrome cooper S gas cap to a mini one

Any of u guys done this mod and can guide me on the best way to fit it. Note its not an actual cooper s 1 its a replica designed for one and cooper from minispares.com

Why would you want to do this. I think it's another classic case of wanting what you haven't got. I mean, if it were reversed then would you be wanting to fit the style you have now in place of the MCS style ?

Personally I feel that the ONE and COOPER petrol cap area looks better than the MCS chrome one. Also, you get less drag and better fuel consumption - trust me.

I like to look too. So long as people don't put 'S' stickers on thier coopers/ones, they are probably only doing it for a nicer look.

Personal taste it is... I fitted the Chrome S fuel filler door to my Cooper as well and I'm not pretending she's an S...

I used the instructions Monsta referenced above - trick is over here in the US we can't buy the MINI made spray paints... so I had to take the surround to a paint shop.

Well I thought of asking for assistance from the chrome cap master, but Miami, FL is a bit of a trek for such a favor...
