my 2004 mini wont start

It has been dragging when I go to start it for a couple weeks. I went out to leave yesterday now it won't start at all but when I turn the key on everything comes on I hear the relays click and all it just won't start.... Please help! Any ideas on what could be wrong? Right now were thinking it could be the starter or corrosion around the pos that goes to the starter.

You need to check the first thing which is the battery, a poor or low charged battery will have sufficient power to light up the instruments and click a few relays but wont have enough left to turn the engine over as that is the one thing that takes the most power.
So check the battery first, is it holding sufficient charge and is it charging effectively and the terminals are clean and tight before you go any further?
If the battery is still the original its probably had it by now.

As nun says sounds like the battery, try jump starting it off another car to see if it starts easy

Particular power supply

You'll want to look at first thing which is the particular power supply, an unhealthy or small priced power supply should have adequate power to illuminate the particular equipment as well as click several relays yet won't have sufficient remaining to turn the particular powerplant above as which is the the one thing of which will take probably the most electric power.
And so look at the particular power supply first, could it be holding adequate fee and it is this asking effectively as well as the terminals are generally thoroughly clean as well as restricted prior to going any more?
In the event the power supply is the original it is possibly received this can't.
