Question Electrical windows on the One

Hello people,

Long time lurker - finally got a secondhand One for a great price. The car is all I had hoped for and then some!

Quick question, though. The electrical window on the driver side goes all the way down (as well as up) with a single flick of the switch. On the passenger side, however, you have to hold the switch until the window is all the way down/up

Is it like this for all of you (seems strange?) or is this a fault on my car?

Thanks in advance,
Martin

Depends where you are. One touch down on both sides for me, one touch up only on the drivers side (UK).

Turns out I was mistaken - they do go all the way down on both sides, like you said My memory must be slipping in my old age!

On the passenger side you have to hold it in when closing, though, which kind of makes sense now that I think about it (wouldn't want any kids getting stuck halfway out the window on the motorway... Well, at least they wouldn't fall out )

Thanks for the replies!

Martin
