| Hi there! I don't think my dealer would mislead me either but the guy I spoke to told me he needed to get back to me on it to confirm and it's already been two weeks and still no confirmation... this is why I'm turning to MINI2 for info and confirmation Who's the "service advisor"? ... |

The service advisor... ...is the person you book repairs or upgrades with... The SA then assigns the repair to the Mini Team leader (usually a Master technician), who then either assigns it to one of the team members... or may undertake to perform the repair, or upgrade, him(or her)self...*** ***At least that is how it works at the local dealer. It is not how fast you go, but how you go. |
