Switzerland Suspension ugrade from One standard to Cooper S standard (SS+)

Does anyone know what needs to be done with regard to the front and rear sway bars when doing this upgrade?

I understand the One has a front sway bar but no rear one. I have been told by my local dealer that the front bar would have to be changed for the S one (apparently different) and a new rear sway bar along with mounting plates would also need to be added... is this correct?

Any feedback on this will be much appreciated.

Best regards,
Sam

...correct.

I do not think the dealer would not lead you astray...especially where liability is an issue...

Just confirm it with both the service advisor and the resident "Mini-Master tech"...

Hi there!

I don't think my dealer would mislead me either but the guy I spoke to told me he needed to get back to me on it to confirm and it's already been two weeks and still no confirmation... this is why I'm turning to MINI2 for info and confirmation

Who's the "service advisor"? ...

United-States The service advisor...

...is the person you book repairs or upgrades with...

The SA then assigns the repair to the Mini Team leader (usually a Master technician), who then either assigns it to one of the team members... or may undertake to perform the repair, or upgrade, him(or her)self...***

***At least that is how it works at the local dealer.

I'm really doubtful they are organized in that way down here but thanks anyway...

Anyone can confirm what needs to be done to the front and rear sway bars?

Gracias
