Tein suspension is one of the best available in the world. They are a Japanese manufacturer and their kit is stunning quality.

Never fitted to an MCS, but might look into it as they are the best I have fitted to previous cars. Got a link for them?

No man. but i have visited their store here in Cyprus and i saw their springs and the price is a lot cheaper than Eibachs here. And when i say a lot i mean a lot. Of course the guy there at the store told me that these sprins are S-tech that means they are not so much for performance but more for looks. No problem by me on that thats why i am asking if anyone has any experience on them.

teins are top quality, we used to sell loads for evo's and fto's but now and again people would ring up complaining that they were far too hard a ride for uk roads (they are designed in japan where the roads are straight and flat, unlike ours!) top product but maybe only good for track cars?

yeah this what i was thinking that maybe for a MINI it wont be so suitable as for an EVO or for an STI or even HONDA CIVIC. for these cars are top quality products.

if the roads were smooth and there were no speed bumps i would fit TEINs but with our pot- holey roads and speed bumps like small mountains they would be far too stiff and make the ride unbearable!!!

Yeah i think you are right. You know waht i have decided? to leave standard the suspension as it is. I have fitted the aero kit and the 18" KAHN RSV's with 215/35/18, so in order to not mess with the ride quality which i love i will leave it as it is for now. Its pretty nice looking anyway now.

I will soon be installing the S-tech springs because they advertise the lowest ride height, better price while being a reputable name brand... along with these I will be installing 18x8 rims with 225/40 non-run flat tires .... ill post pics and a small review when I have everything on and tested...
