Has anyone fitted FSD's with 30mm drop springs?

Just wondered if anyone had done it and what they thought? I did a search but only came up with the fact that Koni reckon a 30mm drop is within the effective range of the FSD's.

I love the look of my Cooper S but would like the ride to be a little more compliant and wondered if the FSD's would work well with the 30mm drop.
