would cooper S springs be lower than stock ONE springs?

Been offered a set and im wondering if its worth the hassle fitting them if its gonna be no different

No they wont, Hughs car was higher than mine stock with the 18's than mine was.

if you want a lowered car do it properly, buy lowering springs!
