Caliper Question

i got my painted R56 calipers back today and can't wait to get these on!....they're going on my r53 cooper s. They arrived as parts, - looks pretty straight forward to put back together, i've noticed there are 4 screws, two for each caliper, but 2 of the screws are different from the other two, should all 4 screws be the same or not??
these screws are the ones that insert into the main caliper and the rear sliding bracket attaches to this so the caliper can slide back and forwards.....i think... i've posted some pics. i could ask the caliper guy on monday, but i know someone here will have the answer.
