As far as I know the Weitecs are basically KW V1s without the inox coating... So basically they'll rust after a while.

However, if you grease them and clean them regularly you should be fine.

In terms of ride quality they should theoretically be about the same as v1s, in which case, they'll be better than stock

Are you going to track the car? I went with the H&R rss coil overs.
They are the more oriented for the track though. Stay with a known brand so you may rebuild them if needed in the future. Just do it right the first time and be done with it or do not touh it for now until you have the funds.
