Apple Cooper Spend my money

Hi there. I'm sorting the suspension on my 2003 cooper with 18" wheels. I'm asking for advice as I'm buying a few bits. I am wondering what bits are worth doing whilst other work is being done. So far I am lowering and replacing the shocks with those new Koni ones, bushes for front lower arm, engine and gearbox mountings, anti roll bar front, steering rack bush. So, if, whilst dismantling the car to fit these there is something that makes financial sense to do I'd love your advice. Thanks. Simon.

Forget faffing with dampers and springs. Coilovers wouldn't work out much more expensive, but would be a lot better.

What wheels have you got?

Hi. I'm not sure what wheel manufacturer is but they're 18s. I got 2nd hand lowering springs that are fine so the Koni's it is; at £400 I recon that's great. I seem to have really got the mid bug now as I'm looking at short shifters on eBay now! Maybe wheel spacers better value. Or there's the eBay special rear brace that goes in the boot. Choices choices!
