Smile Need help in making Mini less bumpy

I recent bought a mini cooper one 2002 and have been driving it for about 3 months. I thought that i could get used to the bumpiness, i though wrong. Anyway, i have been doing some research on Koni FSD absorber kit. Does it makes the ride more comfortable? I am aiming for comfort.

ps: i know nothing technical about cars.

Thanks for the help.

The FSD will make for a smoother ride as well as getting rid of the run flats if you have them.

No, it won't do anything for the ride to be honest. What I mentioned is probably your best bet and actually the tire change will probably give you the best ride.

Yes get rid of the run flats but get a emergency tire inflation kit or just ring RAC when you get a flat.

Chilli Red/Black, 18" R95's, ALTA Induction Kit, Milltek Cat. Back, Carbon JCW Dash.

Don't loose them, they might fall off while you are driving

You might want to lose them though and use normal tyres, as others have suggested this will give a big improvement in ride.

A Works suspension kit is also worth considering as the dampers are similar in action to FSDs (reduced high speed damping, while maintaining low speed damping) and are designed to work with runflats. The car will also sit a little lower and corner better.

One other thing to consider is which runflats you have fitted. Pirelli Euforia are a lot harder than the latest Dunlop SP-01.
