Spring suggestions - MINI Cooper Forum

Hello.
I have a 2004 Cooper S and I want to put Koni FSD shocks on it but not sure what springs to go with them. I have 18" RSe07 rims and Pirelli P Zero Run Flats.
I'm looking for suggestions on springs use, any advise?

Koni recommends using the stock springs with these shocks, they are not designed to be used with lowering springs.

I was on the look out for JCW springs, should be fine for Koni FSDs as they only lower by 10mm.
Rare as hens teeth though unless you want to pay nearly £400 for them new.
