United-Kingdom Good price for fitting springs?

Hi, I'm planning to get some lowering springs fitted to my one soon.

As I always seem to get ripped off by garages, could anyone give me a decent price to have just the springs fitted? what did you guys pay? who did it for you etc

Thanks

Ray West of West tuning did my Eibachs for £280. This included the springs themselves, and then adjusting the various steering gromtries to better suit the new ride height.

eibach say that there kits are designed to work wen the car is configured as standard, so not geometry altering should be necessary. 75-100 notes is the going rate for fitting i think, and 120-150 for the springs. but if ur even a third mechanically minded jus send 20 quid on a set of spring compressors and du it yourself, its not that hard if the weather is gud and you've got about 3 hrs to spare.
