hi this is my first post,HI GUYS just bought a duplex system for my one.and wondered if there is any special instructions on fitting.as it didn't come with any ta
hello, welcome to the forums, there's no instructions specifically for the laser but it will be pretty much the same fitting as any other aftermarket exhaust. If you have the spare tyre that will have to be removed, and the rear plastic valance/trim will need cutting! Im presuming this is the twin exit left and right laser exhaust?
Any local garage should be able to fit it but they probably wont like to be cutting the trim!

I didn't get any other instructions than that picture either. Its the exhaust heat shielding that has to be hacksawed, remove the spare tyre tray, cut the standard exhaust pipe, and then slot the Jetex system on the end.
hi guys im lee,the mug who's fitting sarah's exhaust.did i say mug.opps i meant better half.been under the car today and got as far as removing all the old exhaust etc.yep i know i am slow dont flame me.but the problem is the old exhaust diameter is much smaller then the new one.i know i will probably go to halfrauds and get a reducer.but just wondered if anybody had similar probs.the car is a 02 which is right on the crossover year if it helps
The zorst is made to fit both the One and the Cooper. I think the Cooper has a larger diameter pipe, so to fit it to a One you will need a reducer. You should have one with the kit, its number 51 on the diagram. It's a short piece of plain pipe which slots over the One exhaust and into the Jetex part.
right guys it's done thanks for all your help.i cant recomend this exhaust enough, fitting was nice and easy, and it looks and sounds amazing.im jealous.if you guys are interested this is what im all about.till the next time chapshttp://www.gt4oc.net/owners/owners_page.php?owner=5536
