Difference is circumferance, 200-210 a 15% is most suitable. The higher the percentage reduction, the more likely hood of problems.

JCW use around a 14.5% reduction.

Most basic tuning kits on the S are 200-225 and they use a 15% pulley

JCW is on or around 15% also.

19% is way too far IMO and will lead to all sorts of issues and a car that runs very hot is my guess.

I know of cars running nearly 230-50bhp with a 15% pulley

This just does not make sense. Are you sure you have your measurements right, have you double checked the maths, have you checked the part number? No one make 11% pulleys as far as I'm aware. There must be an anomoly somewhere.

Hi, yes although we get a lot of JCW cars in ,we dont get to measure many JCW pulleys. Reason being you can't 'get in' to measure it in situ. Also we don't remove many as most people do as Tony has, which is fit the GTT +3% Crank pulley. -Much more cost effective as is lighter too. Regards Roland GT Tuning

Ok guys thanks. So a 15% is all i need. Another question do the different brands of pulleys have many differences? If i get an alta lets say or a gtt would it be a difference?

Can I ask where you get this information from, as I dont beleive that the specs for the GP said there was any difference in Pulley size...?
