| Yup nitrous related, blocked fuel jet, so always make sure your injectors can cover what you're spraying. We had another bullet ready to go back in Tue afternoon and we'll be back out next weekend at the Reline Rumble at Santa Pod. | It looks like injectors nozzles are blocked except one , therefore high pressured atomized fuel concentrating at one point . its unlikely material fatigue . Such failure usaully occurs too rich of fuel . |

| Typical failure due to pre-ignition detonation. The piston has melted because it got to hot so that means either a massive air leak led to a seriously weak A:F ratio or the builder got his sums wrong and had WAAAAY to much compression for the fuel used. Either way, someone needs to go back to basics on engine building engine prepping....... |
