Unless you have a modified cylinder head with larger valve (larger outlet, maybe larger inlet) I wouldn't go further than 15% due to reliability during high speed driving or track days.

If you're using your mini just to get the shopping bags home without going into high revs 17% might be O.K.

Just my opinion.

Go for larger intercooler, GRS or GTT and you could also do enlarged crankpully to make the JCW effectively like a 15% pully

Just my opinion.

17% might be ok? I have a bone stock head. I have a 17% and my car lives a lot of its life above 4000. Seems ok to me

And anyway, many people run 19% pullies on stock heads without any problems. Go with whichever pully you feel comfortable with

The thing is that i dont know exactly the differences. I use the car as everyday car to go to work, i dont do track days neither drag races. Just i hit it a little bit hard in the motorway and this is just for 1-2 minutes. Nothing more. What pulley to use with this style? 15%? I aiming for about 200 - 210bhp

Whatever pulley you go for make sure that you have a good map (re-map) to go with it as it will protect the engine. Also as Cyprus is very hot (i'm kinda here ) then you will definatelly benefit from an uprated intercooler, especially if you are planning to have a pulley done at a later stage.

Thanks Lohen. I was thinking of an interooler and the water spray system for that reason as you said temperatures here are going crazy. Today as an example is 38 - 40 degrees. Thank god my DS bullet is garaged hehehe. . So you have being to Cyprus then?

I have found a second hand intercooler that was on a cooper s automatic transmission though. Does it has any difference from installing it on a manual one?

No there aren't any differences as they are all the same in that area, we are kind of out here at the moment.
