| Hello All, Just had dyno carried out with strange results! After the following mods the power is up from 206.6bhp to 221.3bhp and the torque is up from 250Nm to 277Nm. 1. 3M Scotchgaurd clear bra 2. Goodyear GSD3's (+ tyre repair kit!) 3. Alutech front strut bar 4. 17" O.Z. Ultraleggera F1 5. SuperSprint header plus straight through pipe to replace pre silencer 6. HIOP F1 remap 7. Sprint Booster 8. Twister wiper blades (because the rubber from the stock ones degraded and smeared all over the windscreen!) 9. StopTech BBK (in blue) 10. Shortshift kit + JCW carbon gear knob 11. 22mm Alta rear sway bars 12. PSS9's 13. +2% Alta crank pulley 14. Alta oil catch tank 15. Alta Cold Air Induction Kit To be honest I am shocked at such a large torque increase and was hoping for more of a power increase than was achieved. I think I need to get a second opinion and get a dyno test done elsewhere first, but has anyone got any ideas / comments? Cheers Mark '05 JCW S Cab '86 911 Carrera |

| The increase in torque is what you are after!!! so a good result ,torque makes road cars fast, in your first dyno the torque appears to die around 4700rpm ,forget the bhp , if you can get the torque to flatten rather than fall away rapidly then you will feel the benefits, get a new ported cylinder head on with large valves and cam and you will see the difference in the torque curve, the improved intercooler will aslo help keeping the boost temps in check. I spend 6 years in KL some great roads around there,blasting a MINI to the Cameron Highlands must be fantastic |
