MCS Sidewalk now with GTT220

Thought I should move this update over to here

Went down to GTT on Thursday with my mate, both in MCS Soft-tops, left one car there overnight so Roland could get straight on it Friday morning... Talk about a sleepless night! We pick up my mates car at around 12pm friday and leave mine there. My god its fast! We spank it off to the tank museum to waste the next 4 hours while mine is done.

Well what can I say, we get back at 4pm cos I couldnt wait any longer, fortunately Roland had finished, within in 15 mins we where off, like little rockets! I have to say the 220 package is well worth the money, absolutely brill!

Mind you I didnt realise how quick these things are until we got back to our own patch and the roads we really know well, its only then you can appreciate the performance increase...

you were down there same day as me then, i had mine done on the thursday, silver MCS. And yes it is quick is feck, i am over the moon with mine.

mine was ina right state that day desperate need of a clean, but under the bonnett looked good once Roland had finished with it., i'll have to look out for you if i am down Margate way ( which i am occasionally). I had a play in mine against a GP on saturday night and thre was nothing in it at all, which i think ****ed him off a little....

- yes I had an audi s4 trying to pull away from me, wasnt much in it, and in the end he let me pass Ill stick up some photos too

bugger you got blue air filter, I wanted black which i ordeed but Roland mistakengly fitted blue, but i have a red element.

ROLAND any chance of swapping my red one for a blue one, as mine don't look that good compared to asodo's

Do you not get zeons with the Sidewalk MCS I like your style never mind the warranty get the upgrade ,your gonna have a lot of fun

Thats the only problem with the Sidewalk MCS, Im not sure but you might be able to upgrade them..

This is what I had done:
GTT220+ ecu remap + optimised bypass valve + high temp iridium sparkplugs + GTT supercharger pulley + shorter 'stickier' drive belt + GTT twin bearing idler pulley. + GTT 'cold ram' induction system £995+vat FITTED


Except the ECU remap, because its not required and so got the job a bit cheaper...
