cooper viper induction not very impressive at all...

Just installed a pipercross viper induction kit for the cooper and to be honest i am not impressed at all.

I took off a JCW cooper challenge cone filter, which gave a lovely deep growl and sounded like heaven when accelerating hard, and made the engine much perkier despite not having a specific cold air feed.

Now the car feels a bit sluggish, and worse, Quieter .
It really feels quite dissapointing for the money. The carbon fibre looks nice but that is the only thing i like at the moment.

The viper is supposed to be the best available!

Looks like i will be cleaning the JCW filter and maybe getting rid of the viper.
Or maybe running the viper with the JCW bespoke plumbing?
