Engine Conversion Mini One - Cooper S

Hi,

Has any1 yet converted a mini one to a cooper s?
Ino there are afew bits that needs changing ie battry to the back, Bonnet, Loom, Gearbox!

Is it all a streight swap after all that is sorted out or is there any other complications i might get to?

i talked to 1320 auto they helped me out once. when i emailed back a few times i didnt get anything back, i was told from them to get the gear selector( assembly+cables and mounting+hardware) i found that i also needed to get alternator brackets, and relocate my battery or intake, i'm not sure yet, my mini is in the shop right now having the "s" surgery. its getting to be a little expensive. (i blew my non-s up) like 1320auto said you better love you mini or just trade it in for an s. i am not done but i am guessing around 7-9k to have it done (labor @85hr) but i am in california
