Had a R56 mini one for the last 3 days since I have had my car in at the dealers for warranty work so just thought I would test the 30-70 time so here is the result:

Three runs carried out and the average was 13.13 seconds!!!

Got my car back today and it feels soooo fast

Regards

James

ROTFLMAO I had to read that twice I wasn't sure whether it was 3.13 or 13.13, I assumed that it was an S R56 you were driving not a One

I tried this in my Golf TDI to see how it compares.

Mk4 Golf TDI 130
185 bhp (approx after remap)
325 lb/ft (approx after remap)

1. 5.97
2. 6.12
3. 6.01
4. 5.87

Average: 5.99

Its not a true comparison (due to the difference in gear ratios etc) but I thought I would put the results up anyway.

I will time my zx10-r tomorrow to put some real perspective on it.

A friend has just test an R56 works and is gettings about 6.65secs at the moment but going to do another few runs for me to get it more consistant. Overboost isnt exactly always perfect....

Isnt that similar speed to the R53 Works?

Bought myself a stopwatch specifically to try this but I only had time to do one run today. I'll try to do a few more to be a little more scientific but for now:

5.94 secs

The spec:

Facelift model (Oct 2004 build)
GTT220
Janspeed Manifold
Milltek
GRS Intercooler
Plus 450cc injectors, LC-1 Wideband and AFPR

One more thing, it's a convertible
