You should of done anyway so you could get nearer to WOT mode

To late been there this weekend. i have done 1400 miles in 2 weeks, thats got to be the quickest run in so far, Had oil change to fully synth at 1000 miles. So decided to open her up a little yesterday.

july 05 build mcs- [nb gently run in + additional mid service oil change] by me from new
summer 06 GTT220+ kit inc optimised bypass valve + high temp iridium sparkplugs + GTT 17%supercharger pulley + shorter 'stickier' drive belt + GTT twin bearing idler pulley. + GTT 'cold ram' induction kit
spring 07 uprated intercooler fitted
autumn 07 BBK + belt change + milltec cat back

nb, still using std manifold, std map and injectors, ie no other performance mods...
- running tesco 99 + 1/2 tank v-power every other month [ dont ask why ]

today milage at 28k service now due at bmw [oil + filter] mostly daily driver with 15 miles motorway each way, not thrashed untill up to temp, chrono pack gives me oil and water temps
near enough + oil pressure

damo not had chance to check tyre pressures so no idea yet on loss on rundown

still not sure why i have what ben calls a LB engine apart from care on temps and levels [nb L= lucky]

looking for a cheap 8hp to get to 250

not yet done test for this Paul, what would you predict from dyno, also a stab at a 0-60 for some pub banter with my "big BMW" mates,
i know its not real without a slip but would give us somthing to aim for

Its all depends on traction but low 14s at 98 should be achievable

Interesting, seems like the manifold makes and big difference to torque,mine was 191.w lbft at 4638rpm

Found out today that lower bushes are fine but spacers were causing a wheel wobble (now removed) - thanks MODNMINI

GTT, GRS, Janspeed, JCW, OMP + various other bits - 232.6bhp, 191.2lbft on 1320's rolling road
