Vs IATs also.

19% certainly pulls best but gets really hot!

Where would one actually source a 15% Pulley Kit from? .. and how would they know if it's a good buy, or it's too expensive?

GTT, Alta, MINISport..... the list is too long. All roughly the same price.

You may already have a pulley on the car without knowing?

I have seen 2 cherished minis for sale with smaller pulleys fitted!

I don't think so. The couple we bought the Mini from didn't seem like Enthusiasts at all! The ordered the car new, however I'm positive it's stock. Would be awesome to have a 15% Pulley Kit.

with a CAI and and a 15% pulley (installed by your's truly) on my '02 I dropped my 1/4 mi times by about a second, unfortunately I didn't dyno before the mods but afterwards I made 166 at the wheels, so with 15-20% drivetrain loss, that's about 190-200hp at the crank, as for torque, since I usually drive solo and I'm kind of sloppy around town, I can start in second gear without much fuss, which was obviously harder with the stock pulley. the best $150 you can spend on the performance of your mini.

Now I'm not to sure what the stock boost is for an MCS, but afterwards I've peaked at about 16psi.

a pulley will scare your mom and make your right foot happy.

Mods: MiniMania CAI and 15% pulley, Racing Brake front rotors, EBC Green Stuff front pads, ALTA 19mm anti-roll bar

Nice. Thanks mate.

Have been looking at several websites for a suitable 15% pulley already and Cold Air Induction as well. Just need to make the right choices I think.
