if its an ebay link the answer is no
if its a miltec, minimainia or janspeed the answer is yes
anything is far too tricky to second guess

If it's the OBX manifold, then quite a few people run that with no problems - good bang for the buck.

Lies need defending all the time. The truth defends itself.

1. Check engine health and butt dyno. Circa £45 ish + dyno cost.
2. Fit Pulley 15% or 17% & NGK iridium range 7 plugs. Circa £300 fitted.
3. Fit GRS intercooler yourself (easy job) Circa £400.
4. Fit 4-1 or 4-2-1 Janspeed, Minimania, GTT or miltek manifold with a SPORTS CAT. £circa £650 fitted.
5. Fit gigger Injectors (380cc) circa £250 fitted.

Should have anything between 235 and 250 bhp, after that its big valve head, remap and lots of power/money.

Three other points...
1. Don't fit a cheapo no name manifold.
2. Don't go to a non-mini specialist (or it will end in tears!)
3. Don't be lazy... do a search... this has been asked again, and again and again and again....

When talking fails, it's time for violence. ~ batou.
