| I would think the ECU alteration was more connected with emissions and slightly more fuel due the charger change than as the stand alone increase through a better map -perhaps a better throttle response too  |

| Timing maps changed to make it seem more lively and punchy. Still not sure where the real hp came from.... new SC, new map or maybe when trying to save fuel the leaner burn created enough?
