Any fully synthetic 0W-30 will do.

I've just used 5 litres of Lucas fully synthetic 0W-30 in the ONE. Cost me just short of £30.

Daily driver - Black Magic SEAT Leon 2.0TDI Sport - slighty modified

And while you're at it do the gearbox you will be amazed at the difference,Texaco MTF 94 is stock.Use Redline MTF or Amsoil MSTF both fully sync and better quality than the Texaco. Its also available and cheaper,Texaco will lead you straight to the dealer with a stamp on the bottle that says BMW(BRING MONEY WITHYA).Assuming you are a manual tranny.

fully synthetic 0-30

BMW used to say Castrol SLX 0-30 ... however the name has changed and its now called Castrol Edge 0-30

Comes in a gold bottle with red top ... be careful as there are versions for Deisels too
