Quicksilver exhaust-Fitted

I have recently fitted a quicksilver "supersport" cat back to my R53 S. I love the sound it makes at certain revs but its very very raspy when accelerating hard, is there any way of reducing the amount of rasp?

Really?

Also, I've noticed that at around 5500-6000 rpm if you give it full throttle the exhaust whistles!!, should it do that too? Tell you what though, since fitting the exhaust, aside from the strange whistle it defiantly has alot more top end power I'm not imagining it!

I also have the GRS intercooler and a to-be fitted 17% pulley (which should have gone on at the same time as the exhaust but the garage couldn't get the old pulley off!,yes I did supply them with the removal tool)

Any sound clips - I was reading their blurb the other day and Quicksilver say around 14bhp power gain so that should be noticeable as its about 8%

Check all associated fixings and check where all pipe-work joins. They are good exhaust systems we have only 3 Quicksilver exhaust systems left at £249(INC VAT). These remaining exhausts are all the "Supersports" systems. Two of the systems are twin oval the other is large single oval.

That deal from Vecchio Engineering is phenomenal, snap those up people!

I dont have any pictures of the exhaust on my car but only have these ones I took just after a took delivery.

The angle of the second picture isnt great because the tips do appear larger than that once fitted.

I've had this on for about a week now and have noticed a definatite increase in power, no way am I imagining it.
