Cooper Works Tunig Kits

In doing some research for writing a FAQ regarding JCW Tuning Kits, I found 3 for the Cooper:

• 97 kW (132 PS) Tuning Kit

  

• 93 kW (126 PS) Tuning Kit

  

• 87 kW (118 PS) Sound Kit

A 4car.co.uk article posted in the MINI2 News indicates the 97 kW Kit was available from John Cooper Garages as early as late November 2001.

A BMW press release regarding the world premiere of the MINI Cooper 'Works' at the 2003 Geneva Motor Show, stated that the 93 kW Kit would be available from both the John Cooper Garages and all official MINI Dealers from April 2003.

A MotoringFile article indicates the 87 kW Sound Kit was scheduled to enter the world market in late February 2005.

I'm curious as to whether any MINI dealers actually fitted the 97 kW Kits.
