Blue Cooper diagnostic port

Hi
i was wondering if someone could tell me exactly were my diagnostic port is?
is it under a cover with the writing OBD or something like that on?
if any one has pictures of it, it would be of much help

Hey Chris, it's down in your drivers footwell, on the underside of the dash. It's a rectangular flap, back near the pedals.

If you get on your knees by the car and look in, you should find it

hi
the flap under my steering wheel seems to of come off and been lost at some point.
there is a plug hanging down, but that is not the correct size to install the superchip
is it in the same place as this?

i have just bin out to my car to try and undo my OBD port but i not it sounds stupid but i can not get it to open.
how do i do this?

The OBD cover on mine was snapped shut pretty tightly, so it took a little force to get it open. Use your other hand to push the surrounding plastic in the opposite direction to which you're pulling on the cover.

In the other thread in which you posted this same question, a member used his key to pry the cover open.

which way does the cover come open, towards or away from you?

The hinge is at the back so when opened the cover swings towards the pedals.
