Howling sound from the pulley belt.

After that I mounted a 15% pulley and a shorter Gates Auxiliary Belt, I have after a month notice that it arises that howling sound at 5700 rpm.
It sounds very clear and we can see that the engine loses power.
Mounted also Lohen "The Protector". Someone who had the same problem? Have switched to colder spark plugs, but not changed the ECU.

did you fit it yourself.if so did you use metal washers on the protector?

Metal washers?? I use Loctite
