GTT CAI Fitting

Hi Everyone

I have been lucky enough to have been given a GTT CAI from a friend who has sold his mini and moved away.

I am just about to fit it but not sure if I need to remove the rectangular orange fillter - I think I do but another friend says not

Any help would be most appreciated

Yes, the rectangular panel filter must be removed as this will be replaced with the cone GTT filter. Things that will stay behind is the lower portion of the airbox and both intake and snorkel hoses. All you have to do is clamp the heat shield on the lower airbox and attach the hose to the cone/sheild.
