Mini Madness stage 3 question

Hi, I am new to the forum and have an '04 cooper s with the mini madness stage three kit installed. This includes intake, header, and exhaust. What do you guys think about this system? Sound, performance? Also, could you tell me what the 15% does? i understand the SC will spin faster thus creating more boost, but what will it do for economy, performance, and reliability?

Thanks,
Hayden
