Scotland Cooper s Head on normal cooper

Hi All
Right, my 02 plate cooper has a burnt exhaust valve which is causing a misfire so the head needs taking off.The mechanic that's doing the job has a cooper s head sitting spare. So my question is will the cooper s head fit straight on and be ok?

'Rally370' below has recently fitted a Cooper S head to his rally prepared MINI Cooper:

The Cooper S head has better quality material for the valves due to the supercharger.

Yes the head fits striaght on and runs great, plus you get better exhaust valves.
