Throtlle Body

Hi,

Can someone inform me about the transformation of Throtlle Body of 58 to 63mm. Is the air inlet or outlet? Or both?

Inlet

Outlet

Thanks,

Hi ya

The internal diameter is bored out to 63mm then the inlet is blended to make a smooth passage.
This is not a job that can be carred out at home unless you have the correct equipment.it must be done correctly.
once the machining had been done and a new butterfly can be installed and re assembled.

All the good tuners will supply one on an exchange basis.

Hope this helps
