Wales Is it possible?

Is it possible to replace a clutch on a '05 R52 without dropping the coolant / antifreeze?
I had my local garage change my clutch. Ever since I have been topping up the header tank. The garage says it's a coincidence. I was wandering if it's feasable or practible to do a clutch swap without removing the radiator or interfering with the cooling system at all.
