04 Mini cooper S issue

Hello everyone! I am new to the Mini world I just bought the car Tuesday and I am so excited :-) I always wanted a mini soooo bad and now I have one but I had problems rigth after I bought it :-(

the car is in an excellent condition. it's an 04 Mini Cooper S electric blue fully loaded with GPS with 87,000 mileages 6 speed MT.
the owner is a mechanical professor at my university and he babied the car since he owned it at 30k mileages. he just serviced the car with new brakes pads and rotors replaced the supercharge and water pump because the old one the gear between the water pump and supercharge started making noise he changed the belt and all pulleys he added alta15% pulley and MSD ignition coil with iridium plugs thermostat and radiator cap and temp sensor.
Okay I test drove the car and drove excellent bought the car few days after my cousin drove it home with no probelm he loved it. once we got home I wanted to drive it to show it to the girlfriend I realized the gas was really low once I started driving to the gas station the engine started shaking and I got a check engine eml light and a yellow triangle light I made it at the entrance of the gas station and the car shuts off, but I started again filled the tank with 93 ocatan drove it home slowly because it still acted weird. the car idling rough at cold start and still has the check engine light and the yellow triangle but no eml. I pluged in the scanners the codes are P1321 No DTC definition Found. see service Manuel, P0341 Camshaft position sensor A Circuit rang / performance b1.P0303 cylinder 3 misfire detected, the P0341 P1321 and P0303 again so total of 6 but it's actually only 3 codes. my assumption is I drove the car with low gas which made the injectors get junk from the tank and the car is acting crazy. BTW I tried to delete the code but the car still idling rough and the engine light came right up and the yellow triangle. should I add Fuel injector cleaner and drive the car on the highway then delete the code ?please advise?

After you deleted the codes drove the car again did it throw the same codes again? You can try a couple bottles of injector cleaner and see if that helps. You also might try posing this question on Sunshine Minis.org if you have not yet because there are alot of folks in your neck of the woods and maybe they can help you out .
