Supercharger pulley upgrade

Does anyone have any rough idea on the increase of power that will be gained from a stock r53 with a 17% reduced pulley? Its had most of the engine rebuilt so the engine is spot on and running like new, ide upgrade the filter and plugs also, i just wanted a rough idea on what the gains are goin to be before i go ahead and do it

Thanks

Claims are made for 30-40 wheel HP increases for a 15% undersized pulley with no other changes (induction or exhaust); no idea if they are supported by any evidence, so take it with a pinch of salt!

The reduction pulley should put your MINI at between 190 and 200 bhp.

You'll need to fit colder spark plugs and a smaller belt with the pulley.
