What are the best performance packages for people living in the USA?

I am waiting for the Dinan upgrades. I have been told by my parts guy and a customer service guy at Dinan that the upgrades should be done by June or so. The Dinan guy said the head work(porting and polishing I assume)is done. From the conversation I had it sounded like it will be worth the wait. I have driven a couple of Dinan cars before. I love the grunt power and handling. They would not comment on the cost of the upgrades but my friend who owns one said expect between 4-6 K. For 200 + HP it will be money well spent.
