My exhaust is started to rust at the tail pipe. Would need to look at either a milltek or scorpion, they are a little pricey.

Here is the Milltek I had fitted on my old R50.
It looked AND sounded fantastic!

I won't mention anything about your recent bad experience when you bought a penis enlarger from a well known auction site Henry and got sent a magnifying glass. That's our little secret eh!

Be realistic how much power you can get from an R50 engine. But as mentioned above, a bluefin or similar, and a Milltek are good starting points. They are the best handling Gen1 Mini.

You might want to consider a swap for an R53 if your want more than a 20bhp increase. Sometimes the cost of the mods can be more expensive than just changing the car. I appreciate there may be good reasons why an R53 doesn't suit.
