Chipping a Cooper: is it 'worth' it?

I'm thinking about buying a K&N Introduction kit and them have my Cooper chipped. But I'm a bit reluctant as I'm not sure if it's really worth all the deneros ($) - after all we're probably just talking about a 10 bhp boost here.. and at £60+ a piece - they dont exactly come cheap.

Any thoughts (sp?) / feedback on this issue?
Anyone here that got a chipped Coop? If so... was it worth it?

Superchip

hi

Ive had mine superchipped and also have magnex exhaust and JCW filter, i had filter and exhaust first and from that to the chip was not that much different, i would say mid range is a bit better, its a lot of money and if i bought another cooper i would spend the £270 on something else.

IMO
