Hartge test drives...

Is the only place to get a test drive in a Hartge S Bird's of Uxbridge? Or is there anywhere else to go?

Darren

When you go to Birds and see for yourself some of the motors they work on you wont want to go anywhere else.

I've got to agree with Rasp Darren , you've got to get to Uxbridge to see the set up there

Weird. I'm sure i already posted a reply to you, midlife. damned pc gremlins i reckon! anyway... thanks for the offer but unfortunately i've got to work that weekend otherwise i'd speak very nicely to you indeed, coz i really want to try out a hartge to see if it's good enough to get me to overcome the fear of losing my warranty.

Going by what you've all said, i've now been persuaded to take a trip to bird's in the next couple of weeks.
it's my mini's b-day in september, so it's only fair i get it a nice present: "whaddya want mini: JCW or Hartge?"

Ok Darren, no problem. The Birds Demo is running the 4 tailpipe exaust, Tarox Brakes and 18 inch wheels which personally I did not like (too expensive and too heavy) as a result it did seem to suffer a bit with torque steer a problem I don't seem to have.

Wot Midlife crisis???

one thing i don't like about the quad exhaust is the fact it makes the bumper look ugly with that cut-out section in the middle being left unused.

Agreed Shorty, though the exhaust note is "more restrained than my Milltek.

I'd love to hear it as I'm in the market for a new exhaust but undecided at the moment

Does my answer to that question sway whether or not i get to have a go in your car

But yes I am a Villa fan. so you see i need something to lift my spirits especially so close to the start to the season especially after losing to Walsall the w/end and Merson scoring for 'em.
