Oval tip exhaust performance

I am going to buy this Mini mania stage 2 kit which includes the Mini Mania exhaust, which is a single pipe system which has a dual tip. I am fond of the single oval look for the cooper S and I just can't go get another exhaust, I'm stuck with the Mini mania one. I am wondering if anyone knows if you can get just an oval tip installed? Like cut the dual tip off and get a single oval welded on? or will that affect the performance of the whole system. Does anyone know how much something like this might cost or if its even possible? Or where I could get this done? Please tell me if you know anything about this. thanks guys
