to come from JCW........

Well.....seing as a few people have asked, here is what is rumored to be coming from the nice people at JCW:

__________________________________________________ ______________________
The John Cooper Works (JCW) range is gradually being expanded over the course of the next year. An entire range of overtly sporty accessory products to complement the core product of the tuning kit will be appearing; these are in keeping both with the image of John Cooper Works and with the high safety and quality standards of the BMW Group. Among the forthcoming highlights are JCW interior trims with carbon facings, JCW sports suspension with lower settings and modified brake callipers, discs and pads, and the JCW tower bar. We will be reporting on these in greater detail in due course.

I will keep you all updated as it happens.

"overtly sporty". What a phrase.

Good update - thanks.

Maybe some new JCW brakes would be nice - after I get the R90s & Aero kit of course

Suspension and brakes, how sweet. Wish the seats were available in the colonies.

Hey Minty--thanks for the news. I was wondering if you could comment on the rumor that some components of the JCW kit are to be offered individually (e.g., the exhaust system)?

Cheers, Sharkey

Hmmm I'm wary of strut braces. A friend of mine had one and was involved in an accident. When the car flexed, because the strut brace was so strong, it twisted the car totally! Basically the shock where it normally would have absorbed didnt get dispursed because of the brace

I'd love one, but I'm very concerned about fitting it.
