United-Kingdom Which mod and how much, hmm??

Not long until i turn 21 and can get insurance companies off my back a bit. Wanting to do some mods on my cooper and was wondering what people thought of the stuff i'm thinking about getting, if anyone has got any of these how much did it cost you? (ive put down the best prices i've found thus far but if you got it cheaper please let me know). Finally any opinions on what order i should do these mods in, obviously due to not having an ever flowing cash fountain i'm going to have to seperate each mod a little. Cheers

Miltek Cat back exhaust £250 (fitted)
Miltek Manifold £600 (fitted)
KnN Typhoon £200
KnN panel filter £42
Full throttle body £350
Chipped £300

Hi Cooper7,

I got the K&N Typhoon for £167.70 inc vat & delivery form www.motorsportworld.co.uk
I'm Also getting my magnex cat back from them at £247.60 inc vat + £12 delivery.

They also do the Milltek Catback system for £232.65 inc vat + £12 delivery, thats the
cheapest i managed to see that exhaust at, so your price seems pretty good including
fitting

Personally I did it in this order...

1. Air Filter
2. Exhaust
3. Manifold
4. ECU Remap

Don't think I'll bother going any further with my Cooper; I'm almost done with modifying it. My advice - do the air filter first. You'll get most noticeable results for least cost!

MINI Going.....Toyota Supra RZ-S Twin Turbo Coming....Standing Quarter, anyone....?

Well insurance companies wont be off your back that much at 21, more like 25! But if you are going to make that many mods then expect them to be on your case three fold!!
