New ECU, Exhaust and Induction kit

I am hoping to get a OneClick 130bhp chip for my mini one along with a viper induction kit and laser twin exhaust. I need to know how this will affect the gear box and how it will handle the power increase also the warranty issue. any help is greatly appreciated.

also whether it qould be better to get a superchip cos i have heard that the oneclick can cut out at max rpm but i like the idea of being able to switch between standard and uprated ecu at any time.

I think the gearbox is rated at about 145bhp. Anybody know for sure?
