Milltek Exhaust -- Stoopid Questions!

OK I have a JCW S and am interested in looking at a Milltek Exhaust system for it.

I recognise the fact that noise over bhp is likely to be my major gain my only concern is that I don't lose any bhp.

What I would like you kind souls to answer for me is the following please -

1. How do I go about getting the best increase in noise?
2. Are the headers I have read about the front part of the exhaust system
3. Is the catback as it refers to -- from the cat back
4. Can I keep my twin JCW logo pipes on the back (the bit that sticks out of the rear bumper)

I personally find the JCW for what its supposed to be a little on the quiet side, sure it burbles away nicely, but I would like something a little more aggresive sounding without resorting to being a souped up Corsa/Saxo
