Top Tuners?

My girlfriend just got a mini Cooper S and she wanted me to research all the parts for her car cuase she wants to start tuning it. The thing is that i don't know where to start ... We both like having a nice list of parts mostly coming from the same company. So if you guys could help me out, i just need a couple of good companies that tune the mini's ... I greatly appriciate.

Thank you,
Anthony

BBR are the best i think, they do a 275bhp conversion but it would set you back around 15 grand!

PS/B Cooper 18" Silver Arospeed RS-GT Wheels, Full Aerokit, HKS Induction Kit,
Scorpion Exhaust, Blue Varad Undercar Scanning LED Kit, & more plus millions of Chrome!

Evo did a comparo between quite a few about a year ago.. so its a good place to start..

http://www.amdtechnikusa.com/documen...ber%202003.pdf

there are some new players to the game, which im sure will be suggested here.. but all offer the same kind of mods ECU, smaller pulley, exhausts, CAI etc etc etc. so just down to whatever brand u thinks worth paying for in the end

Here is a list of MINI aftermarket retailers that I usually cruise through:

www.altaperformance.com
www.bbrgti.com
www.jscspeed.com
www.mini-madness.com
www.minimania.com
www.minimotive.com
www.minituner.com <<good articles for people starting out; i.e. what to do first etc>>
www.outmotoring.com
www.piloracing.com
www.promini.com
www.turnermotorsport.com
www.vividracing.com
www.webbmotorsports.com
www.dinancars.com

This should, at the very least, get your feet wet with a few vendors. Best of luck looking for what fits your budget/life style best!

I have spoken with the minituner guys a couple of times with some questions that I had... Incredibly responsive and informative along with an honest opinion of what to do and what not to do to your car... Good guys!
